Cancellation & Refund Policy

To secure your booking, advance payment is required to be made during the online booking process.  Cancellations that fit within below refund policy can be made online, using your booking reference.

1. Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance of your confirmed reservation will full refund
2. Cancellation made between 4 - 7 days in advance before your confirmed reservation will be subject to a THB 2,000 surcharge per golfer
3. Cancellations made between 1 - 3 days in advance of your confirmed reservation will incur FULL CHARGE.
4. Failure to cancel your booking which results in “NO-SHOW”, will be charged 100% without refund.
5. Any refund will be processed within 30-45 days. 
6. Nikanti Golf Club reserves the right to cancel all bookings if the payment is not received in full, without prior notice.
